Abstracts:
1. The Role of SEBI in Public Issues: SEBI is considered to be the “watchdog” of the Indian Corporate scene. Also known as the Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI has been instrumental in bringing in several measures and plugging loopholes, especially in the light of Investor Protection. This Project deals with the role SEBI plays when Companies decide to raise capital through Public Issues.

2. Self Determination of the Tamils in Sri Lanka and the Indian Influence: This Project in International Law focuses on the ongoing conflict between the Sinhalese and the Tamil people in Sri Lanka. The Project has bee written with the Tamil Struggle in mind. The Indian fiasco in Lanka has also been discussed. |
